1. What is your return policy?
We're not happy until you are. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the unopened item within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund. Please return your purchase by mail to:

We normally process and ship all orders within 48 hours. If you require faster service, phone your order in before noon (Eastern Standard Time) and specify Same Day Shipping. We'll get it out the same day if the item is in stock.

Please inspect your items when they first arrive.                                     Products can be be returned or exchanged within 30 days of invoice.              Products that have been opened may not be returned.
